1. Company Information

Xios Luxury Car recognizes the importance of protecting personal data collected on this website. We handle all customer information with care, ensuring security and using it only for legitimate business purposes.


2. Reservation Policy

2.1 Reservation Confirmation

Once you complete a booking on our website and your reservation is confirmed, Xios Luxury Car will send your voucher (CONFIRMED RESERVATION) within 24 hours.
Your email is used exclusively for sending the voucher. Your phone number is used only if we need clarification regarding your booking.

2.2 Modification of Reservation

If you need to modify your reservation, contact us by email with clear details of the requested change.
Xios Luxury Car cannot guarantee that all modifications can be processed.

2.3 Booking System Usage

By using this booking system, you agree:

  • Not to create speculative or false reservations

  • Not to use the system to research provider pricing

  • Not to use the name “Xios Luxury Car” for commercial purposes without written permission


3. Cancellation Policy

All reservations must be canceled at least 48 hours before the arrival time.
If the reservation is created less than 48 hours before the pickup date, any prepayment is non-refundable in case of cancellation.


4. Customer Requirements

4.1 Passenger Rules

All children, regardless of age, count as passengers and must have their own seat.
The number of passengers must not exceed the vehicle’s seating capacity. The driver has the right to refuse service if this rule is violated.

4.2 Contact Availability

Customers must enter a correct mobile number and remain reachable at arrival time.

4.3 Conduct in Vehicle

Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited.
If violated, the driver may stop the trip and ask the customer to leave.


5. Pick-Up & Drop-Off

5.1 Airport Pickup Requirements

For airport pickups, customers must provide the correct flight number and arrival time.
If the information is not available during booking, it must be sent at least 2 days before departure.

5.2 Meet & Greet

The driver will wait at the pick-up location with a sign displaying the customer’s last name.


6. Privacy Statement

We collect only the essential information required to process reservations.
Customers can choose whether their data may be used for marketing purposes.
All personal information is accessible only to authorized staff members bound by confidentiality rules.


7. Complaints

Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days after the drop-off date.
Complaints submitted after this period cannot be processed.


8. Price Includes

  • Customer support

  • Additional driver

  • Child seat


9. Legal Driving Age

The minimum age to rent a car from Xios Luxury Car is 21 years old.


10. Required Documents

  • Valid driving license

  • Passport


11. Accident, Damage & Theft Procedures

In case of an accident, damage, or theft, the customer must immediately contact both Xios Luxury Car and the Police, and follow their instructions.
The customer must remain at the scene until the authorities arrive unless temporarily leaving is necessary for safety or assistance.


12. Border Crossing

Traveling outside Morocco is strictly prohibited.


13. Deposit

No deposit is required.


14. Cleanliness Policy

If the interior is returned excessively dirty, a cleaning fee will be applied.


15. Fines & Lost Items

  • Traffic and parking fines are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Loss of keys or vehicle documents incurs a 500 EUR charge.
